On September 16, 2023, Rotary International District 3521 held a Dragon Boat Social Event and Family Rotary Day at Da Jia Riverside Park. The event was organized under the leadership of Mr. Zhang Jinyuan, Chairman of GAMA and newly appointed District Governor of Rotary International District 3521.
GAMA, represented by Mr. Zhang Jinyuan, played a significant role in this grand event. In the midst of the sweltering summer day, they set up an ice cream stall at the venue, providing relief from the heat for all the participants.

Mr. Zhang Jinyuan had carefully planned this large-scale event, which included not only the dragon boat races but also carnival booths. This allowed all members of District 3521 and their families to join in the festivities. The event attracted over 5,000 attendees, with more than 40 booths and even food trucks participating, ensuring there was plenty to eat and enjoy.Under the clear skies that day, the event was successfully completed.
