Mercedes-AMG has introduced two powerful versions of its compact SUV, the GLC. The 2024 Mercedes-AMG GLC43 and the 2025 Mercedes-AMG GLC63 S E Performance are the latest offerings from the German automaker. The GLC43 features a turbocharged 2.0-liter engine with an integrated starter generator, producing 416 horsepower, while the GLC63 S E Performance boasts a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine paired with a rear-mounted electric motor, delivering a remarkable 671 hp and 752 pound-feet of torque.

\The GLC63 S E Performance can reach 60 miles per hour in just 3.4 seconds, with a top speed electronically limited to 171 mph. Both models come with a nine-speed multi-clutch transmission and 4Matic all-wheel drive, but the GLC63’s 4Matic+ system allows it to send up to 100 percent of power to the rear wheels.

Visually, the AMG models feature distinctive grilles with vertical slats, larger air intakes, and chrome accents. The interior offers improved features, including MB-tex and microfiber cabin or optional full Nappa leather with AMG embossed logos. The MBUX system includes AMG-specific features, and an AMG Track Pace feature is available for data logging when driving on the track.
