桃園市八德區正福二街一棟 14 層樓高的社區大樓，在去年5月29日晚間 10 點 40 分驚傳火警，地下室一輛賓士跑車疑似不明原因自燃，現場濃煙不斷從地下室竄出至一樓外，情況驚人。消防單位接獲報案後，迅速派遣 8 名消防人員及 3 輛消防車趕赴現場進行灌救，所幸 20 分鐘內控制火勢，並於晚間 11 點 33 分成功撲滅，無人員傷亡。

起火賓士剛完成過戶 車主心痛不已
據了解，起火的賓士跑車車主才剛在前一天完成過戶，準備交給新車主，沒想到車輛才停放在地下室不久，就突然起火焚毀，讓車主相當錯愕與心痛。
消防單位提醒 車輛火災不可輕忽
針對本次事故，消防單位提醒民眾，車輛火災雖然不常見，但仍不可輕忽，應定期檢查車輛電路與油路狀況，特別是停放於密閉空間時，一旦發生火警，容易導致濃煙快速累積，影響救援效率。民眾若發現異常應立即通報，避免憾事發生。
