因電池具有起火風險,賓士 Benz 召回 EQB 電動 SUV

梅賽德斯-賓士近日宣布,由於高壓電池組可能存在內部故障並引發火災風險,將在全球範圍內召回 EQB 電動跨界車。在美國,受影響車輛達 7,362 輛,涵蓋 2022 至 2024 年款 EQB 250、EQB 300 4MATIC 和 EQB 350 4MATIC 等車型。

為降低風險,梅賽德斯-賓士建議車主在修復完成前,將電池充電限制在 80%,以減少內部短路的可能性。

電池問題與潛在風險

根據美國國家公路交通安全管理局(NHTSA)發布的召回文件,特定生產批次的高壓電池組可能因內部短路導致起火,這種情況可能發生在車輛行駛中或停放狀態下。

這一問題的根本原因與電池供應商的生產變更有關,再加上充電基礎設施的電流波動或電池的機械損壞,增加了電池故障的風險。

車主可能會透過儀錶板上的高壓電池故障警告訊息來察覺問題,但如果電池故障發生在停車時,可能不會有任何警示,進一步提高了潛在危險性。

召回與維修方案

梅賽德斯-賓士將透過旗下經銷商,免費更新受影響車輛的電池管理系統(BMS)軟體,以減少起火風險。

車主通知信發送時間:預計 2025 年 4 月 1 日前

在召回維修完成之前,車主應避免將電池充電超過 80%,並密切關注車輛的任何異常警示訊息。
