在上周五（5/26），EX30 曾短暫出現在 VOLVO 的網站上，隨後迅速被刪除。而即將在下個月準備發布的該車款也因此意外被人發現並分享了出來。
在定位上 VOLVO EX30將是最小同時當然也應該是最便宜的入門級電動 SUV 。
通過幾個月前在中國洩露的外觀專利的照片，已經讓人對 EX30 的外觀有了一個基本的了解。顯然，EX30 將與旗艦產品 EX90 有著大量相似的設計特色 ，然而，它的車型會小一些，甚至可能比XC40 還要小。但目前這些僅供參考，實際上還是要等下個月官方的正式公布才能拍板。
而以目前公布已知的訊息則是 EX30 將會有兩種電池容量： 51 kWh 以及 69 kWh 電池。
VOLVO 將於 6 月 7 日全面展示 EX30。這款純電 SUV 將於 2024 年初抵達美國。預計起價約為 45,000 美元，而在台灣官網也已經有 EX30 的消息釋出，也顯示出該車款有望盡早在路上相見。
